What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We collect as little as the work needs.
1. Who we are
Shipmate runs this site and decides how the data on it is used. "We" means Shipmate.
2. What we collect
For the free check: your domain, your email and the check's results. For Lockdown and Pentest: the files, access and notes you share with us. Basic server logs, such as IP address and time, to keep the site running and stop abuse.
3. Why we use it
To run your check, send you the report, do the work you bought and reply when you write to us. Nothing else.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use ad trackers on this site.
5. Who handles it for us
Cloudflare sends our email and sits in front of the site. [Hosting provider] runs our servers. [Payment provider] takes payments, and we never see your card number.
6. How long we keep it
Free check reports: 90 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Access you gave us for Lockdown or Pentest is removed when the work ends. We keep invoices as long as the law requires.
7. Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. We do it and tell you when it's done.
8. Changes and contact
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Questions or deletion requests go through the contact page.
